What we collect

• Account email — used only to sign you in (via Supabase authentication). We never send marketing email.
• Your app data — tasks, habits, journals, workouts, reviews, and settings are synced to your private account row in our database (Supabase) so your data follows you across devices. It is protected by row-level security: only your authenticated account can read it.

AI coach (optional feature)

When you tap "ASK" on the AI companion, a compact, anonymised summary of your activity — counts and patterns such as "trained 5 days straight" or "12 tasks completed this week", plus your one-line core task if set — is sent to our server and forwarded to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a coaching note. Journal contents, task lists, and notes are never sent. Anthropic does not use API data to train models.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no ad networks.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data with third parties.
• No data used for cross-app tracking.

Data stored only on your device

Preferences such as theme, sound volume, widget positions, and section layouts are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

Deleting your data

You can permanently delete your account and all synced data at any time inside the app: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication and encrypted data storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — AI coaching responses (anonymised summaries only, as described above).

If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the date above.
